Deleting your account

This page is about accounts in the Ellerni Android app (package pl.ellerni.app).
In the app — step by step
- Open Ellerni and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to the "Me" tab (the last icon in the bottom bar).
- At the very bottom of the screen, tap "Delete account".
- Read the list of what disappears, then tap "Continue".
- Type the word DELETE into the confirmation field and tap the final button.
What disappears, and when
Immediately once you confirm in the app — this cannot be undone:
- All your question sets and the note photos they were made from
- All your review progress and study history
- Your friendships and anything you shared with friends
- The tokens on your account
- Unclaimed gift codes you sent — they stop working
What stays
- Tokens from a gift code someone already claimed — they keep them no matter what happens to your account afterwards
- Problem reports you sent through "Report a problem" — they help us fix the app and are not linked to the deleted account
Don't have access to the app?
Lost phone, blocked account, or you just do not want to install the app only to delete it — write to us below. We will reply to the address you give and delete the account by hand.
